Pokémon Stadium is the second Stadium for the Nintendo 64 in Japan, but I heard Pokémon Stadium in Japan let's you have only 40 Pokémon or more in battling, who would want that? So, we have Pokémon Stadium 2, but it's named Pokémon Stadium. Pokémon Stadium is where you can battle up with 4 trainers battling, but only in Free Battle. You will be able to upload each of your Pokémon to Pokémon Stadium via Transfer Pak to fight with them in full 3D

Stadium Mode
1.Pika Cup:  L15-20 permitted, with the 3 Pokémon combined, level cannot be higher than 50, Mew can't attend.
    
2.Petit Cup: L25-30 permitted, with the 3 Pokémon combined, level cannot be higher than 80, Pokémon with the height of 6'8'' an lower permitted , weight of 44 and lower permitted, Mew can't attend.
    
3.Poké Cup: L50-55 permitted, with the 3 Pokémon combined, level cannot be higher than 155, Mew can't attend.
    
4.Prime Cup: All Pokémon any level (100 and lower for Pokémon higher than 100), no limit to level, Mew can attend.2.Free Battle:Up to four players.
      
5.Tag-Team Battles: The players on a team choose 3 Pokémon to fight, and to "tag" all you do is go to Pokémon and let them choose the Pokémon (Remember:Only the player's Pokémon is controled by the player).

Gym Leader Castle
It's pretty obvious, all you do is fight 3 peolpe, then you fight the leader and get a key for the next gym, the Elite 4 and Gary is in this, once you beat Gary, or Rival, you get a random Pokémon of Eevee, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Squirtle, Charmander, Bulbasaur, Omanyte, or Kabuto.

Pokémon Laboratory
You can save games in you Game Pak, check the Pokédex, or trade, you must have a Transfer Pak to check, and 2 Transfer Paks to trade.

Hall of Fame
Here is where you look at Pokémon you got in the Hall of Fame, or Victory Palace, you must beat Gym Leader Castle or the Masterball is the cups to get your Pokémon in the Hall of Fame.

GB Tower
Here you play you game boy game with the Transfer Pak in the controller.

Kids Club
Here you play Mini-Games to relax from battling, there are 9 games, they are Magikarp's Splash, Clefairy Says, Run, Rattata, Run, Snore War, Thundering Dynamo , Sushi-Go-Round, Ekans Hoop Hurl, Rock Harden, Dig! Dig! Dig!

Event Battle
A 2 player mode, each controller must have a Transfer Pak, I never played this, so I'm just doing a research on this. You can choose only the cup rules, in Event Battle Settings, if you don't know what Battle Time is, you must not know much, but Move Selection Time, if you don't choose an attack if move the C-Up attack will be used, if there is no PP for that the next attack will be used.
