Pokémon XD, the first full fledged Pokémon RPG is one of addictiveness and enjoyment. From the minute you turn it on, Pokémon XD gives you options of different types of gameplay. In Colosseum mode, you can battle your friends using Pokémon you captured in the Story Mode or by uploading your Pokémon from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/LeafGreen/FireRed to see who really is the Pokémon Master. You even have mini games found in the game, which are from personal expierence something that can you keep your attention for hours. However, the best and most interesting part of Pokémon XD is the actual story mode, where you play as a young man who is caught in the middle of Team Cipher's evil plans dealing with Shadow Pokémon. This presents a problem as Team Cipher has created the ultimate Shadow Pokemon known as XD001, which is a Shadow Lugia. Now you must battle against all odds, to stop the evil Team Cipher and find a way to purify XD001.

Not only is the gameplay far superior to its predecessor, Pokémon Colosseum. They also have fully enhanced graphics along with redesigned attacks to make Pokémon feel more real and jaw dropping.
